Glengoyne Distillery
The Distillery is about 30 minutes drive from Glasgow and guided tours start at £5.50. The tour takes about 45 minutes and shows you the process involved in distillation. The price includes a tasting of the 10 year old single malt whisky. Like most other distilleries they give you a discount when you buy from the gift shop.
Glengoyne also offers more in depth distillery visits,one of which includes the Master Blender tour where guests can create their very own blended whisky.
